We like to keep it simple—our products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Perfumes are personal, and due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened or used. We appreciate your understanding.
What Should I Do If the Package Appears Tampered With or Damaged Upon Delivery?
If the package appears tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and report it immediately.
What Should I Do If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Upon Unboxing?
We're big believers in quality and consistency—but if something slips past us (rare, but it might happen!), don't worry. We've got your back.
If you receive:
- A damaged or leaking bottle
- An incorrect fragrance/item
- A missing item from your order

- Clear pictures of the product and packaging
- Your order number
We'll take it from there and make things right—whether that means a replacement or another swift solution.

- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- Claims without unboxing video and images or past the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
